If you’d prefer to apply by post rather than online, you can download the adult application form (PS1) or the child form (PD2) from the Post Office. Postal rates are higher £115.50 for adults, £80 for children.

The Post Office Check and Send service is an optional add-on for paper applications. For a fee of around £15.75, Post Office staff will check your application for errors before sending it off. This doesn’t speed up processing but reduces the risk of your application being returned for mistakes.
